T&L Painting and Remodeling is a painting and remodeling contractor working out of Naperville. We cover interior and exterior painting, kitchen and bathroom remodeling, tile and backsplash work, flooring installation, deck building and staining, drywall repair, cabinet refinishing, trim and finish carpentry, and garage and commercial floor coating.

Do you do both residential and commercial work?
Both. Most of our work is residential, and we also take on light commercial jobs — storefront and office repaints, service doors, and garage, shop and commercial floor coatings.
Do you handle small jobs as well as full remodels?
Yes. A single room repaint, one bathroom, a drywall patch or a deck refinish is a real job and we treat it like one. You do not need a whole-house project to call us.
How long does a typical project take?
It depends entirely on scope — a single-room repaint is a different animal from a full kitchen. Rather than quote you an average that means nothing, we put a realistic schedule in writing alongside the price, so you know the timeline before you commit.
How soon can you start?
That moves with the season and the size of the job — exterior work in particular is weather-dependent. Tell us the timeline you are working to when you get in touch and we will be straight with you about what we can actually commit to.
Do you clean up after the job?
Yes, and during it. Floors and furniture get protected before work starts, we clean up at the end of each day rather than only at the end of the job, and everything we brought in leaves with us.
