What we do, and how we do it
Every bathroom remodel is a waterproofing job wearing a tile finish. Wet walls get a proper backer and a waterproof membrane, corners and changes of plane get sealed, and the pan is tested before a single tile is set. Tile over green board and a prayer looks identical on handover day and shows up two years later as a soft floor and a stain on the ceiling below.
We do full bathroom remodels, tub-to-shower conversions, tiled tub surrounds, vanity and fixture replacement, and floor tile. Large-format tile on a surround means fewer grout lines to keep clean, but it also means the substrate has to be genuinely flat — so we correct the wall before we start rather than trying to bury it in mortar.

We look at the existing layout, the condition of the subfloor and walls, and what you want changed — then price it in writing.

Demo and waterproof
Old surround and finishes out, substrate repaired or replaced, backer board set, and the wet area waterproofed and sealed at every corner and seam.

Tile, set and grout
Layout planned so the cuts land where they should, tile set flat and plumb, then grouted and the changes of plane sealed with silicone rather than grout.

Fixtures and finish
Vanity, fixtures, trim and paint, then a full clean and a walkthrough with the water running.
